This is now our 3rd Dr. appt. and this appt. went just like the last dr. appt, blood work, vital signs, except with this appt. we have decided to get the quad screen done, which is blood work that can give you a percentage of there been something wrong with our munchkin. We had previously decided not to do this since it would not change our mind with the pregnancy, but after much debate we decided to proceed just so that we would have the knowledge and be able to prepare ourselves for the what if. After about 5 days of waiting for the results all the results came back normal - woohoo. We heard the heart beat by doppler at this visit and its was 162bpm, hearing that sound is music to my ears. Kevin actually tries to make sounds like the heartbeat and he does a really good job, it is so sweet. We actually enjoy going to see the Dr. and one of the reasons is for hearing the heartbeat. Just think our next appt. we get to find out what we are having.
